Prescription Refill requests should be called during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Please have medication name, dose and pharmacy phone number available. We will also ask for your phone number so we may contact you if the physician has any questions. Prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy by 5:00 PM the following business day.
Follow-Up Visits may be suggested to monitor your response to treatment and re-evaluate therapy. Office visits can be made at your convenience but it is best to follow-up with the same physician who you saw initially. if you are unable to keep your appointment please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.

The Initial Visit consists of a history and examination. it may include skin tests, lung flow measurements or other tests considered to be important in your care. Following this, the physician will review with you the results and make recommendations. This means that the first visit may take more than one hour.
Referrals & Preauthorization. Many patients have insurance plans that require referrals. It is the patient's responsibility to obtain these referrals. There are also many insurance that require preauthorization for allergy treatment. Please make sure to check with your insurance company to determine if preauthorization is required by your plan.
After Hours Service. If you are experiencing an asthma or other allergic emergency, dial 911! Otherwise the office number will direct you to the urgent, non-emergency doctor on call paging system. Other emergencies are handled through your primary care provider. Prescription refills, appointments or routine questions should be handled during business hours.
Allergy Shot Visits are not appointments to see the physician. If you are ill, experiencing increased allergy or asthma symptoms or feel the need to see the physician, please call in advance for an office appointment. REMEMBER... all patients who have received an allergy shot must remain under observation in the reception area for a full 30 minutes. If you suspect you are having a reaction following your shot, please notify a staff member immediately - even if you are not sure.
